Order Inquiries
If you are inquiring about an order you placed, please send your inquiry via e-mail to info@beachthemeweddingshop.com with your Order # in the subject line. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible. Since we dropship whenever possible, it may take some time to obtain tracking numbers and information from our suppliers.(Please note that our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday, therefore you may not receive a reply until Monday.)
Return Policy
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS & ORDERS WITH PERSONALIZATION ARE FINAL
Any and all returns of other unopened and unused products must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number which may be obtained by contacting us via e-mail at info@beachthemeweddingshop.com
WITHIN THREE DAYS OF RECEIPT
of your order. Please include the following in your e-mail subject line:
RETURN ORDER ID#(your order id #goes here)
Should you receive a damaged item or an error in your order caused by us, please e-mail us at info@beachthemeweddingshop.com within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will send out a replacement at no charge.
(This policy can vary on personalized items with minimum quantity purchases. See individual product descriptions for this policy. i.e. personalized votive candles require a minimum purchase of 36 candles. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase more than the required amount in the event of damage. We will only issue credit for damaged items, not replacements.)
A 20% restocking fee may be charged on returns.

Yes, there is an option for you. We have partnered with Bongo International (you can see the floating icon link in the lower left corner of our website). Through this company, you may purchase a U.S. address to have your order delivered and they will ship it to your international address.
All orders are imported and will begin to be processed on the next business day. Unless otherwise notified, we process most orders within 2-3 business days and then ship. Due to the nature of our business we cannot ship same day. When possible, we ship direct from our suppliers, which are located throughout the continental U.S. All orders will incur a minimum $9.95 shipping fee. If you specified a specific need date in the NEED DATE field at check out, you may incur expedited delivery fees to meet that need date. Most shipping fees cannot be determined until product weight and delivery address are received.
BeachThemeWeddingShop.com will not be responsible for orders that have been shipped and indicate delivery through ship tracking numbers. Customers must contact appropriate carriers for package tracking if delivery was not made on a shipped order.
Although at checkout you are only provided with the option for ground shipping via UPS, we do use the following other methods for shipping: U.S. Postal Services and FedEx. Most products are dropshipped direct from our suppliers who may not provide alternate methods of shipping other than those that they use.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands is at a higher rate. You may determine pricing for shipment to these locations at checkout by completing the shipping fields with your address.

If we cannot meet your need date (some things are just out of our control), we will notify you immediately via e-mail and begin processing a refund to your credit card or paypal account.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE!
Save standard shipping fee when your subtotal purchase equals $150 or more. This will automatically be deducted at check out. This does not apply for rush orders that require faster than ground shipping delivery (i.e. chocolates) or for large heavy orders that require shipping fees greater than $34.95 (i.e. water bottles, sand, sea glass, etc.). You will be charged the appropriate fee after determining expedited shipping fees that may apply.

Print Catalogs -
We do NOT offer one
We are constantly adding and removing products to our store. Therefore, it is not cost effective to produce a print catalog. Finding the most up-to-date information about products we carry will always be found on our website. If you are looking for something in particular, feel free to send us an e-mail. We work with dozens of suppliers throughout the U.S. and Canada and can often find products that we currently don't have listed on our website.
Price Changes & Minimum Quantity Purchases
We reserve the right to modify this at any time. Online prices are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Personalized Items
Please note that not all of our suppliers offer personalization, therefore, many of the items we sell may not be personalized. Should you purchase an item that is personalized and you provide incorrect personalization (i.e. wrong date or spelling), we will not be held responsible. You may purchase another product (minimum quanities apply where indicated) at your cost. There are some personalized items (i.e. those that have labels affixed as personalization) that may cost less to replace. Please complete our Contact Us form for specific order inquiries.
