Made at Cranberry Island Kitchen. Sunshine sand dollar cookies are rich, incredibly butter shortbread cookies shaped like sand dollars. Each pack of "Sand Dollars" contains 6 shortbread cookies, each about two inches in diameter. Available in original (pure and simple), ginger, and rosemary. Packaged cookies have a 3 week shelf life.
